MEET ANGELA YOUNG
Angela is a passionate Worship Leader, Speaker and Life Coach with a personal mission to Empower, Encourage and Uplift everyone she meets.
Angela has a unique anointing to bring people into intimate encounters with God through worship and the Word. Her passionate and relentless pursuit for the Presence of God when she sings is contagious and compels all who are present to join her in her p pursuit of Spirit and Truth worship.
As an ordained Minister her teaching and speaking make the word of God “come alive"! She will have you thinking one minute and laughing the next! You may even shed a tear or two. The anointing on her life to communicate the heart of God in a practical way is truly a gift from God to His people.
As a Certified Life and Marriage Coach Angela specializes in helping women and wives who are hurting and broken from challenges in marriage and the pain of infidelity, separation and divorce through Mentoring, Coaching and Ministry. She has helped numerous women move forward to step out of the nightmare and into the life of wholeness, healing and happiness they desire and deserve. Her slogan is “it’s a process but it’s possible”!
Where it all began…
Angela grew up in Des Moines, Iowa. She was a “Preacher’s Kid” who spent several days a week serving in her local church. She started out singing Gospel music from a very young age in the church choir and was introduced to the “Contemporary Christian” genre of music as a teenager when she joined her family’s new church which had a Youth Group with it's own Youth Praise Team. Angela was amazed at the sight of young people worshiping God with their hands lifted and hearts raised in musical worship to the Lord. She quickly joined the Praise Team and learned to worship the Lord expressively and with her whole heart. Although music and singing have always been a major part of her life from an early age it wasn’t until 2009 that she embraced the call to be a Worship Leader and began leading thousands into the presence of the Lord through song.
In 2015 Angela Young accepted the call to teach and preach the Gospel. Angela enjoys speaking to diverse groups of people but feels particularly called to Women's ministry. She enjoys speaking on topics such as relationships, purpose and identity to name a few.
wHAT IS ANGELA UP TO NOW?
She also is in full time ministry at Faith Christian Center in Phoenix, Arizona under the leadership of Pastor Sean and Erica Moore where she serves as the FCC Worship Assistant Director and Worship Leader. She also blesses the congregation with her preaching and teaching gifts.
Angela is a Certified Life and Marriage Coach and serves women through her Coaching business Angela Young Coaching. She is often referred to as “the Wife Coach” because her specialty is helping Wives who are struggling with marriage issues as well as those dealing with infidelity, separation and even divorce.
Angela also has her “Live at 8:05” broadcast where she shares practical wisdom and challenging rhetoric “live” on Facebook everything Thursday evening at 8:05pm PST.
Angela has two Worship albums, “The Introduction” which released in 2014 and “I Am” which released in 2018. Both albums are available on all music streaming sites and streaming sites including iTunes, Spotify and Apple Music.
Angela has traveled ministering at multiple conferences, retreats, workshops and church nationwide and she would love to meet you!
